Founded with a vision to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and societal needs, TSSTA serves as a dynamic platform for researchers, academics, professionals, and institutions dedicated to advancing science and technology for the public good.
TSSTA promotes collaborative research, capacity building, policy dialogue, and knowledge dissemination across a wide range of fields including health, engineering, agriculture, environmental science, information technology, and education. Our Purpose
Scientific and Technological progress in Nigeria faces several obstacles—over regulation, an overemphasis on prestige over potential, and a widespread skepticism about our capacity to shape a better future through innovation. The Society for Scientific and Technological Advancement (TSSTA) exists to counter this. We’re building a cross-disciplinary community that fosters optimism about science and technology, and strengthens the capacity to turn discovery into meaningful progress.
